Registration fee and financial assistance
Oley strives to make the Annual Conference accessible to as many patients and care partners as possible. Beginning in 2026, a registration fee will help cover essential conference costs. We understand this is a change, and our goal is to ensure no one is prevented from attending because of finances.
To reduce financial barriers, Oley offers two forms of assistance:

Registration Waivers – cover the cost of conference registration for adults, children, and families.

- Travel Grants – help offset travel-related expenses such as airfare, hotel, car rental, rideshare, and meals for those needing additional support.
These programs are funded through the generosity of individuals, partners, and sponsors who understand the value of community connection.
