Plan travel accordingly—arriving earlier on Friday is recommended so you don’t miss the start of events.

The conference will be held at the Marriott Madison West. Oley’s discounted rate is $134/night while rooms last.

Cutoff date: June 16. We recommend booking as soon as possible.

Cancellation policy: Reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in to avoid a charge. Cancellations made after that time are subject to a one-night room and tax fee.
